Questions about pricing
What's a segment?
A text message holds up to 160 standard characters. Longer messages are sent in parts, called segments, and each part is billed. Emoji and some accented characters reduce a segment to 70 characters. The portal shows the count as you type.
How does the prepaid balance work?
Add funds by card. When a campaign starts, its cost comes out of your balance. Messages we can't send are refunded automatically, and every charge appears in your billing history.
Do some messages cost more?
Some destinations and message types cost more to deliver. Any extra charge is shown in your portal before you send.
Can we get custom rates or invoicing?
Yes. Enterprise customers can have rates set for their volume and invoiced credit terms. Tell us about your volume.
